Each year, Rocky View County seeks resident input on satisfaction levels with programs and services. The County does a large-scale survey with residents and business owners every two years. Between that, the County does a smaller Pulse Survey to continue hearing from residents.

The results of the 2023 Citizen Pulse Survey are in. The results came back much like the previous Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The top issues shared by residents have stayed the same. What has changed is the satisfaction of the interactions and information provided.

The County is striving to improve residential and business satisfaction every year. These surveys tell us much about the County’s people and thoughts. Thank you to all those who participated!
